Chicago police have found the body of a boy and are investigating whether it is the body of Jennifer Hudson’s missing nephew, Julian King.
The body was found inside the missing 1994 white Suburban that was owned by Jennifer’s brother, Jason Hudson.
The vehicle had been missing since the the tragic murders on Friday of Darnell and Jason Hudson.
Neighbors have said the car has been parked since Saturday.
Suspect William Balfour was arrested Friday evening at his girlfriend’s apartment, a few miles from where the Suburban was found.

His ass know damn well he was going to jail whether the child was found or not - how in the hell do you kill your own child.

@ Gail, I was wondering the same thing. However, from my understanding the man was the child's step-father. Not that it matters, but I just wanted to let you know he wasn't the father.

This is my two cents....
Julia and this man owed some people some money and that's why he sold the car last week. Those people came to the house to get Julia and William and they weren't there. The family was. When this was first reported, they said they took the little boy for ransom. William was hiding on the westside. The people on the 1300 South Kolin block said the car didn't come on the block until yesterday. William has been in jail since Friday. I hate to say it but Julia knows more than she's saying. I'm just disgusted that she would put "good dick" (her words, not mine) before her own damn child.
I don't know her personally but I know her mindset. Everybody wanna be a "down ass bitch" but no one wants the consequences. She knew what kinda life her HUSBAND lived and thought that shit was cute. Look at her myspace! She knew she was married to a thug and she wanted the lifestyle. She's not the only one. There are thousands of women in Chicago right now that are living in similar circumstances. Again, just wait and see how this all plays out.
She didn't even go identify her own child, sitting on myspace accepting friends and shit. I'm not trying to judge her but I know so many women like her and they all make me sick. These children didn't ask to be here. All they want is for you to be a DECENT mother! and before you all get on my back about her parenting skills; good mothers don't have convicted felons around their children or allow their children to get caught up in grown folks business. I'm so mad right now! I'm done.
