How in hell did a married man worth millions die with no will stipulating what happens to his millions, his wife and his children in the event he dies? Well, that's exactly what Steve McNair did. He was so busy making sure that he took care of the paperwork for his jump off as he signed his name on the dotted line, he neglected to draft a damn will and attach his signature to that.
Now Steve's wife Michelle has been forced to inventory all of his assets within the next 60 days. Michelle listed herself and her children with Steve as heirs to his estate, but Will has two other children.
I hope she's a kind and fair sister, because let's not forget how brothers take care of their mama's... If he was doing tha for his mom, will she continue doing that or will the gravy train stop? What about those other children. How fair will she be to them?

Everbody is not as intelligent as YOU! I do not have a will either but I don’t have the money that Steve has/had. But I do agree that was very irresponsible of him. Not only that but the escalade that the mistress had was not paid for either. Now if I was sleeping with a millionare, he best be paying cash for my shit…also, rumor has it that the houses his first two baby mamas live in, he was just paying the notes on those and that Mechelle and his mom did not get along but don’t quote me on that. Normally when a player first enters the NFL, they are given classes on things like finances, taxes, and estate planning!!! If he married her after he went into the NFL then he would have done a will as a rookie...a will that would have NOT included her since they were not married yet. If she was unaware of his affairs, unaware of what he was worth,(and how is that possible..were they not on the same bank accounts?)So, if she is so unknowledgeable, then how is she now knowledgeable of whether or not he had a will? I think one reason people don't have wills is because they dont' even think about it. I mean, when you are young, death is really inconceivable; it seems like something that only happens to old people or sick people or maybe something that happens as a result of a freak accident. But, I've seen enough in my lifetime to know you are never too young and healthy to have a will. And in SM's case, it seems SOMEONE in his camp would have tugged his shirt-tail.

I've got a will in fact I have several copies of said will with a little detail in it that I've made know to my children.
If any child have a child before completing 2 years of college at the time of death said child will surrender half of their in inheritance to their siblings in installments if any arrangements are made to or for the other can compensated by legal proof all proceeds from conspiring beneficiary must surrender all inheritance to said sibling.
If a line of collusion is clear all said proceeds will be given to charity as well as property to be sold and surrendered to said charity.

Adrian J. Gilliam Jr., 33, of LaVergne, Tenn., was arrested by agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.
A criminal complaint unsealed Friday in Nashville says that Gilliam — who was convicted of murder and attempted armed robbery in 1993 in Florida — admitted he sold the gun to the woman who later shot McNair.
McNair was shot to death on July 4 at his condo by his 20-year-old mistress, Sahel Kazemi, who then turned the gun on herself.
The complaint, signed by ATF agent Mickey French, charges Gilliam with illegally possessing a firearm, which he is barred from doing as a felon.
Detectives traced the gun, a 9 mm Bryco/Jennings, to its 2002 sale at a pawn shop, according to the complaint. Gilliam eventually bought it from an individual for $100 about a year or year and a half ago. Investigators said Gilliam told them he bought the gun for protection after his home was burglarized, and police reports indicate he did report a burglary about the time of the gun purchase.
