Michael Jackson's will has been filed at the courthouse and, as expected, there's some weirdness involved.
Strangest of all - Michael wanted his mother to take custody of his children in the event he preceeded her in death, but in case Katherine Jackson wasn't capable, or refused to take custody for any reason, he nominated Diana Ross.
What the hell is that about? Michael and Diana haven't spoken in over 20 years, why would he nominate her to take custody of his children - particularly when he has 8 brothers and sisters and countless adult nieces and nephews? How random is that? Diana Ross is 65 years old. I'm totally lost with that one, but whatever.
Additionally, there were also some things that weren't surprising at all - like the fact that Mike purposely omitted Joe Jackson from his will and also said, "I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson".

Strange to me how he left out his siblings but included their children.
