Flamboyant NFL receiver Chad Ochocinco has reverted back to his original last name, after marrying "Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada earlier this month.
The player's website said Lozada had no interest in taking a numerical last name, so Chad -- currently a wideout for the Miami Dolphins -- will now be: Chad Johnson.
OCNNReport.com reported Monday (July 23) that Johnson officially changed his name back due in part to his marriage to Evenlyn Lozada. The pair preferred Lozada's last name to be a real name rather than the gimmick Chad adopted several years ago.
He originally changed his legal surname from Johnson to Ochocinco before the 2008 season in order to wear his nickname on his jersey. Johnson originally gave himself the Ocho moniker in 2006 as an allusion to his #85.

What's going on with his teeth ? Is he wearing a gold grill while playing football ?
