First off, the rumor is that there are "family members" who are abusing Katherine financially and emotionally are reportedly true - and here's the thing. Katherine reportedly has a nephew from Columbus, Georgia who lives with her in the Calabassas home she lives in along with Michael's children.
Reportedly, this nephew lived with (and mooched off of) Katherine on and off when she was living in the family home in Encino. This is one of the family members that the Jackson children want out of the way because they say he's reportedly taking advantage of Katherine and the kids want the family moocher out of the way (most likely, to free up some of those child support payments so they can beg them damn selves).
Now, here's the tea I'm hearing - Katherine is very ill and the family is concerned that she may end up needing care herself, or worse, may end up passing away - this is where the letter about the will being fake suddenly popped up again: They say that one of Katherine's sons is vying to be appointed custody of the kids and is planning to drop the executor dispute if that happens because he knows that they'll make him very comfortable financially to let that issue go.
Now, if that doesn't work out, this brother is trying to to manipulate Katherine into leaving the kids to Rebbie Jackson, if not him, so
This "brother" suspects that if Rebbie ends up with custody, he'll still have a foot in the door when the checks and the kids come rolling in.The fear of some family members is that, since Michael didn't leave anything for anyone other than his kids and charity once Katherine passes away, the family will have to look to Janet to pay their light bills and from what I hear, Janet aint' havin' it!

I think it is either Randy or Jermaine. It is really sad that they only want to be bother with these kids for the money.

Truthfully I think the COUNTY SURROGATE should step in and handle the Estate until the
children are fully grown and educated and capable of handling the Estate themselves.
It's the Surrogate's job to make sure that money grows even more and they do look around to see which financial institution has the best rate and will benefit that estate the most!
They do an excellent job, as I've known over several people whom had the misfortune of losing their parents at an early age, and the monies/funds were turned over to the Surrogate and when they graduated H.S. they were VERY BLESSED with huge checks to continue their education, because their money had grown immensely from the shrewdness and business talents of the Surrogate! TRUE STORY!

Actually the Bible says, "For the LOVE of money is the root of all evil." And Greasy Germ-maine loves money and fame so much, that he would go to any lengths to get it, even manipulate his dear, sickly mother. I have NO respect for him and his evil, scheming ways. He has a jealous heart, even in Michael's death.

ReplyDeleteJermaine and Randy are two peas on a pod. You could insert both of their names. I will say though Randy is more conniving when it comes to these kind of legal deals so my money is on him. Jermaine is more of a beggar Randy is more likely to try to legally maneuver his way into someones pockets and try to sell it as being helpful.
