A television station in St. Louis has alerted the state's social service department about a sickening video showing two toddlers fighting and screaming while their mother eggs them on.
The video surfaced on Facebook on Sunday, and a woman who knows the mother involved sent it to KTVI television, the station reported.
"Got some action! Got some action!" the mother yells in the video, as two little girls, who appear to be around 3, punch and swat each other while shrieking in agony.
"Y'all better ball up some fists!" the mother yells.
The woman, who didn't want to be identified, told the station she could barely watch the video.
"It's just sickening and I feel like there should be some kind of criminal action taken," she said.
"'Ball up your fist,'" the woman said, quoting the mother. "It's like she's training her before she starts school or something."
KTVI sent the video to Missouri's Department of Social Services on Tuesday.
A spokesman there said she was forbidden by law to say whether they had seen the video before or whether they were investigating the mother.
The station didn't report the mother's name, and the two girls in the video posted to their website were blurred out.
Words cant describe how outrage this behavior is. Mama need to be taught some parenting skills sooner than soon.
