New Music from Willow Smith, "I Am Me"...

Lil Wilma Smiff has a new hymn, "I Am Me", which premiered at the BET Awards last night. I love the lyrics, I love the intent behind it, I love the video... but, true to Smiff family form, this just seems a little too "adult themed" for a little girl, doesn't it?

Maybe I'm reading too much into it.

  2. I'm sure my nine and six year old will love this but it is annoying the hell out of me after .10 sec.

  3. I liked the song.. She is soo much her father. I just hope she stop taking acting lessons from her mother. The song seems like a Rhianna rejected song and it is mature. However, looking at the monetary value of the song - the smiffs knows they will rake in a pretty penny with the song rights.

  5. I think the song is about her and how people are always talking about the way she dresses and wears her hair.

  7. I totally love this song and for all you haters, you totally missed the point of her message in the song. She is saying live your life for you and not for others. In a time with high suicide rates in the LGBT community and kids in general, I think it send a powerful message to kids and some adults stop trying to please other people and just love yourself and live life to the fullest first.***thatsall***
