Rapper Murs Attempts to Combat Homophobia with Same Sex Kiss in Latest Video...
In an attempt to either tip out the closet himself, or to help ease the current trend of homophobia within the hip hop community, rapper Murs kissed another man in his latest video, "Animal Style".
I didn't even watch....but since when do you have to actually do an act (sexual) in order to prove a point like this? I could even see if he just had a "actual" gay couple kiss at the end of his video, that would have been enough to convince me he wasn't a homophobe #SideEye, but to go as far as lip locking with another man leaves me to think he is trying to peek out the closet (slowly but surely)...Smdh #Confused
he is making a point. Murs just kissing another man in a video doesn't convince me that the rapper himself is gay. maybe i would see him differently if he were gay or straight and the video is supposed to make viewers question that. like it is still traumatic to watch a suicide, and all the hate that goes around is causing gay teenagers to commit suicide becasue they don't have any value for themselves and can't express their god-given gift to feel love for others without getting lynched. i myself am gay by the way, and i only found this page becasue i was looking up "is remy ma still homophobic" lol.
