Shameful! Parents Brawl at Little League Game!

One woman told the fight’s participants to ‘Show some class!’

Two classless Georgia dads are headed to court for starting a brawl after a Little League baseball game over the weekend. Columbus Little League officials said the fight started when Iram King, 36, told Charles Davidson, 38, to lower some music he was playing after a game between Northern Little League and Harris County on Friday evening, according to the Ledger-Enquirer newspaper.

Davidson, a Northern fan, lowered the radio, but the request sparked a bout of trash-talking between the two, witnesses said. One witness told the paper that King, a Harris County fan, said, "I'm here to f- you up."

A scrum pushes toward the fence.

"Well, here I am," Davidson allegedly replied, before the two went at it. Video of the incident showed a group of burly, middle aged men struggling and wrestling near a fence next to the field at Britt David Park.

"Show some class!" a woman yells. "There's kids out here watching this stuff!" a man says.
The video ends with cops placing a man and a woman in cuffs. Davidson and King were charged with disorderly conduct, and will have to answer for their bush league behavior at a hearing on Aug. 16.

League officials said the two were an embarrassment to the city.

 

“It's about the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in Little League in all the years I've been doing it," Bernard Ashley, the league’s administrator for 35 years, told the newspaper.
