I'm trying real hard to put the pieces together, but I can't even call it. I do know that the timing of Tito pulling out of the agreement he had with his siblings to oust the executors of Michael's estate is very suspicious.
Here's what's going on right now. Tito and his siblings signed a letter just last week claiming the executors of Lil Mikey Jackson's estate are crooks, but then, a week later, he decides he wants nothing to do with it.
Check out Tito's statement:
"I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them."
He adds, "I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever."
Why?
Well, here's the tea. It may have something to do with the fact that Tito's son TJ is preparing legal documents to get custody of the children. (Yeah, I'm sure his young a$$ REALLY wants custody of three children) - The reality, and what makes sense to me, is that Tito is pulling out of this lawsuit because, if his son ends up with custody, that puts him and his family on easy street. With that said, I believe that Tito is pulling out of the lawsuit to stay in the good graces of the executors if they end up with custody.
Where Tito is possibly hurting himself is that Janet (the only family member with some coins in the bank) may cut his a$$ off financially for backing out of their deal. So, he'll have to endear himself to the next family member in line to get the kids.
This mess is all kinds of strange.
At this point, I don't care if Debbie Rowe gets the kids, as long as Jermaine don't get em.

ReplyDeleteThat vid of Janet and Randy showing up and trying to ambush Paris to take her phone so that she couldn't use twitter, speaks volumes, but fear not! That Paris is one smart cookie and knows that she is NOT under anyones rules and/or restrictions, except her grandma Katie Mae and doesn't have to give up diddley! That's why she just ran into the house and left them out there with Randy telling Janet not to pursue further and for them to just leave! I just hope their plans wasn't to lure Grandma Katie Mae to Rebe's house so that they can pull what they did at the Estate, yesterday! If so - Thank God it didn't work!
This thinking is exactly what had teens where they are today. In my day, if you were telling family business, if your mama didn't get your ass, your granny or one if your aunts did.

You've got to be kidding! My mother and father (R.I.P.) Had 7 children which they raised, successfully! When both she and my father went off to work, they would tell us to keep that door closed and not to open it even if our uncles, AUNTS or anyone else showed up! And we all turned out just fine and not taking any shyt off of anyone!

DeleteMy aunt(s) nor uncle(s) ever had to discipline myself as well as my other siblings because my father and mother got us straightened out from the start as part of our home training, which I am so grateful for to this day! Plus we were never in nor put in situations where our aunt(s) or uncle(s) would tell us what to do or order us to do something! How and where I grew up - both MOM AND POP RULED!!!!!!!!!

I was raise to respect all elders.You might not like what they are about but you was taught to respect them. Them kids know they got the upper hand so they gonna do what the hell they want at this point.
