Deion Sanders Trying to Unload Ritzy Dallas Condo Before Pilar Gets It In the Divorce?

Deion Renaude Sanders must have made a pretty penny playing football he and soon to be ex-wife Pilar owned a small mini mall and called it home right outside of Dallas, but then, right inside the city limits, they owned a $6 million dollar apartment - where they do that at?

Hell, I can't get a one bedroom, 300 sq ft loft on the other side of town, much less a 5,000 sq ft beaut, just for when you're tired and don't want to make that drive home.

No wonder the marriage didn't make it - these are the kind of "options" your husband should not have when he's a celebrity. SMH

Anyway, DS desperately wants to liquidate the 5,000 sq. ft. condo for way less than the market value. He listed it in March ... soon after his divorce from estranged wife Pilar went nuclear, when Pilar claimed Deion's aunt had attacked her in her own house.

Deion listed the home for $4.8 million -- but according to a realtor for Azure, the property is valued at roughly $6.5 million. In fact, Deion's neighboring unit is currently listed for exactly that amount.

And not only is he lowballing his own property, we're told Deion's doing some last minute renovations to speed up the sale -- such as re-plastering the pool.

Good thing too ... because this week, a judge ordered Deion to pay $10,000-a-month in child support and cough up another $275,000 for Pilar's attorneys' fees.

Yesterday in church, pastor told us to work on self, so I'm just going to say that I don't really care for the furnishings because it's not my personal style - and that's all.

Anything else I say will sound very haterish... because I'm hating. I know my limitations.

I'm trying to figure out why this broad is fighting over that mini mall they live in now, when she could be living in the lap of luxury in this modest 5,000 sq ft condo with ALL the amenities?
