Talk Amongst Yourselves: You Better SLAP Your Student for Not Pulling Up His Pants, Get Slapped Back and File Assault Charges Against Him!

This is a little different than the Janet/Paris slap because Janet is Paris' aunt and you're supposed to do what your aunt says in my house, but what do you think about this one?

Patricia Frost, a teacher at Anson County High School in Charlotte, NC, saw a student (18-year-old Johnathan Smith) in the school's parking lot on June 5 and told him to pull up his sagging pants.

Johnathan told her to mind her effin' business and get the eff out of his face and kept on moving. Instead of minding her businesses or getting in her car, Patricia decided to follow him around the parking lot until he stopped. A confrontation ensued and she slapped him! He slapped her back.

Johnathan immediately filed assault charges against the teacher. She filed her own charges against Johnathan, accusing him of assault on a female and communicating threats. She was ultimately suspended. In an attempt to ensure she has a job come September, Patricia held a press conference at her lawyer's office yesterday where she said she slapped the student because she felt threatened.

"He came towards me and my goal was to get him away from me and I did hit him on the side of his head and he turned around and smacked me on the side of my head," she said. That'll learn her!

  1. Work in that shitty county then come talk to me! If more adults started asking these disrespectful teams to show some class and less of their ass the world may improve.

  2. IMO/ yes, the student should have pulled up his pants as requested if he was still on school property. Walking like u have on a wet diaper is not cute. However, notice the events, the student talked back and he kept it moving. He told her to get out of his face. The next thing it mentioned was the child walked away and she Followed him. She pursued the argument even after the kid walked away. She Followed him and he tried to ignore it. She pursued him and by that time She and the student were agitated. She slapped him and he slapped her back. George Zimmerman #2 Why are u pursuing and arguing. U are pursuing an altercation. The person walked away. U followed. I am not ok with violence ! However, the young man didn't lay assault her first. She Pursued and Assaulted him. Once again I am not confining violence, but violence begot violence. It could not have been me cuz I would have tried to break her dam jaw bone. The wounds surrounding Trayvon's death is still very raw. There are lots of other young black men and women that have met untimely death's and the questions from their families go unanswered. Aside from that Who gave her the right to hit a student ? In the public eye of others with the boy walking away from u George Z. #2 U felt threatened ? Really Now ? U didn't feel to threatened to pursue the student. Please sit yo Ass down and I hope u don't get your job back. What does that say ? Pursue arguments with students cuz u have power and if u don't like their response then slap them or what else Shoot them cuz U, the pursuer Felt Threatened ! Girl stop !!!

  3. Was the student wrong? Yes, but for being disrespectful and insubordinate. But she was dead ass wrong for putting her hands on a student. You cannot say you felt threatened when you pursued him. This is not Florida. This is Carolina! And you for damn sure won't have a job come September. Keep your hands to yourself next time.

I agree; since he was on the school's property, he should have obeyed the teacher's instructions. He also disrespected her by cursing her. However, whether he obeyed her or not, she certaintly didn't have the right to strike him. The fact that she hit him first but is filing charges against him truly baffles me. It also makes me laugh; not that this situation is humorous, but I guess my laugh is more of a confused, sarcastic one. AND you're a White woman; he's a Black man. . .REALLY? Girl, y'all must-a forgot! To some of us, slavery is not a distant memory. We've had enough of y'all bossing and ordering us around AND THEN whipping us because we won't say our name is Toby!

She went into that Sgt mode & thought she was still in the army. She got just what she was due.

  7. yes, he should have listeed, but you don't smack a kid, I don't care who you are..., family, police, teacher etc.

However, if you look really close, she does look like Zimmerman. Well, at least her story sounds like Zimmermans - Or is that just me?
