Popeye has nothing on this guy.
Egyptian bodybuilder Moustafa Ismail's 31-inch biceps have been crowned the
biggest in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records, with their
circumference as big as a grown man's waist.
The bodybuilder, 24, has been pumping iron for 10 years and credits chicken -
and not spinach - for his outrageous arm bulk. He said compliments from other
body-builders helped him hone in on developing his biceps.

WTF..he actually gets compliments
ReplyDeleteThat's actually Synthol- which is the equivalent of booty injections. A guy named Greg Valentino had to have surgery to remove a portion of his bicep after a infection occurred from this.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely - look how skinny his forearms are compared to his biceps..
DeleteHope there are no medical problems down the road.
ReplyDeleteHe is doin the absolute most
ReplyDeleteI thought Guinness was going to stop giving out awards to people who break a record by doing things that are harmful to their health like getting injections. Nobody gets their arms that big without having some sort of muscle tone also in their forearms. He looks like an idiot.
