Sanders just filed docs in Texas Supreme Court challenging the support order that was established in a lower court back in May.
In his docs, Sanders says $10k/month is actually SIX TIMES more than Texas law requires ... and he wants his child support obligation significantly reduced.
But Pilar claims Deion is worth roughly $250 MILLION ... and the TX Supreme Court shouldn't have any sympathy for Prime Time ... or change the support structure that's already in place.
In fact, Pilar has filed her own legal docs outlining why she needs so much cash from Deion. Among the highlights:
-- $2,000/month for a special diet for the kids
-- $900/month on uniforms and shoes for the kids' sports activities
-- $500/ month on the children's cell phones
Pilar also claims she spends $450 on haircuts for her sons and treatments for her daughter's "very thick curly hair."
Style doesn't come cheap.
Pilar's lawyer tells TMZ, "Once again, Mr. Sanders has not followed the Court's direct orders and has attempted to make up his own rules. It is clear that he still thinks he is "above the law."

You don't need $900 a month for sports...you buy the uniform/shoes once for the season. Deion needs to ask for receipts just because he is worth a lot doesn't mean he has to pay through the nose.
ReplyDeleteWhy should she supply receipts? So it's OK for him to continue to live well and his kids be downgraded from the life they are used to? I don't think so...they were provided all the perks while he was still in the home, and it shouldn't stop now.

She'll be taken care of until that little one finishes college because in Texas men can pay child support until a kid is 21. If he was smart he'd take over their cell phone bills and as a father he should be taking the boys for haircuts anyway. That'll cut out damn near a grand right there. Pilar could comb that little girls hair herself. Don't need nothing but grease and water hell. Lmao!

ReplyDeleteFirst off, this is the life style that her/his kids are a custom too, why should the kids life style change if he can afford it. It would make sense to change if his financial status was to drop drastically other than that payment should be just what it is.

DeleteHere we go with the "lifestyle they her and the kids are accustomed to" argument. No one is saying that her and the kids need to be living public housing on public assistance, however some of this is excessive, after he pays her 10k for the month and she applies the money to their special food, cell phones, haircuts, shoes and uniforms she is still left with a little over 5200. She and the kids are still living and doing what they have been accustomed to. I have never heard of kids needing to buy uniforms EVERY month for school or extracurricular activities. Let the money roll over and let Deion send the difference the following month. Or put it into a savings for THEM.
ReplyDeleteWhat is her contribution? So far she sounds like a glorified nanny. I believe if it took a team effort to bring the child/ren here then it should take the same to take care of them. Sitting on her --- and spending money is not a contribution. As a woman I have no respect for this, what are you showing your kids, what legacy are you leaving? Having a few commas in your bank account does not make children/people respect you.

ReplyDeleteIt seems to me Pilar wanted a divorce in the first place. She went against his decision of her being on the reality show. She was looking out for "Pilar" and not Deion and Pilar Sanders. It is her fault, yet somehow, I don't think she feels heart broken. She doesn't want to be bothered with the kids, but she is going for full custody for the money....Got that play straight out of Kevin Fed's book.
