I just can't with Shaunie firing Jennifer for doing what adults SHOULD do when a b*tch puts their hands on you by calling the police, but for some reason, Shaunie, Tammy, and Evelyn's belief that, "you handle that kind of stuff at home" won out over the actual message that she was sending to black folk who already have to deal with that "stop snitching... and handle it in the streets" BS that has been shoved down the throat of black youth for years.
After Royce, Kenya and Jennifer's goodbye in Miami, the next group of fireds from L.A. are four of the six cast members - Laura, her sister, Gloria, Malaysia (who is so boring that she decided to play the "woo woo woo" girl by trying to keep everybody snigglin' this season because she just loves love (despite the fact that she tore Laura a brand new a$$hole on the first season), and Brook. Still no word on Malaysia's teef, or that little rapping girl who I don't really care for already.
They say the reen they finally had it with Gloria is that she didn't let producers in on her wedding to NBA baller Matt Barnes and producers felt extremely disrespected by her actions and made the decision to clean house because this is just one of many incidents of the ladies keeping their "reality" off of the reality show.
For some reason, they decided to keep Draya - who really doesn't have that much going on... and Jackie Christie - for obvious reasons. Most likely that she's bat $hit crazy, clueless and full of drama. All the makings of "must see" reality TV.
*clears throat* I.Can't. STAND. Shaunie. O'neal. Shaq was right about her all along: gold-digger.

ReplyDeleteBut, Shaunie is stupid. How in THEE hale do you make a show called Basketball Wives and the majority of the cast members aren't wives, never were, never will be. etc. Hale, I've been to a few basketball games in my lifetime. . .does that fit the criteria?
So, you Draya who was never a wife of ANY kind and you keep Evelyn, whoo was a Football Wife for about 20 hours; oh, but THAT show didn't last long. First of all, you the TITLE is a lie.
I'm over Shaunie, but I loves mess, so I'm in. Oh, and don't get me wrong; I also love to watch positive shows that advocate harmony. I'm just a T.V. fanatic, so sue me!
My thought is she call it basketball wives she should exes and lover. The ones that are truly married to basketball player do not last long are there husband are retired. She was married to one and now an ex and the ones that really married now would not be caught on the show. Will she be going after Koby Bryant ex or any other ball player ex or retired ball player wives. It should be called ball players exes.
