Heroin Found on Nelly's Tour Bus?!?

They say Ashanti & her sister's photo op has gone the way that most rappers have in ending up on the receiving end of a search and seizure of a tour bus when police in Sierra Blanca, Texas say they found 36 bags of heroin, more than 10 pounds of weed (baby, they was ready), and a loaded .45 caliber pistol. The person who took the fall for it and probably a nice lil chunk of change for his troubles We're told a passenger on the bus, Brian Keith Jones, was arrested after admitting the drugs and the weapon were his.

Really, Nelly had one person on his bus with all of that and nobody on the bus knew? Boy, bye! He couldn't have had room for draughs in his suitcase with all that $hit in there.

Regardless, Nelly is speaking out about the drug bust, saying he had no clue the vehicle was loaded down with heroin and marijuana. He told TMZ, “It is my understanding a member of my staff made an unfortunate decision to bring unlawful materials onto our tour bus that resulted in his arrest this morning." Adding, "Neither I nor anyone else on the tour bus was aware of his decision to bring these on board. Law enforcement officials did not press charges against anyone other than that individual.”

Law enforcement sources say field tests of the drugs in the baggies confirmed it was heroin -- but sources close to Nelly claim it was Molly ... aka pure ecstasy. Now, if it wasn't his and didn't know it was there... how would they know what it wasn't?

But damn all that... let's talk about the elephant in the room... Nelly is on tour?!?!?!
