Derek Rowell, 25, Solomon Herbert, 19, and an unidentified teen were part of a six-man crew involved in at least two Taser attacks on Saturday, local station WKYC reported.
Cops said the gang carried a video recorder as they approached a man at around 2 p.m. and said they wanted to interview him for a news story.
The man kept walking, and the sick thugs struck, shocking him in the back of the neck, the station reported.
About two hours later, the owner of a convenience store in the area called cops to say the TV Taser crew was attacking people near his shop, cops said.
Rowell, Herbert and the juvenile were picked up near a bus stop shortly after the second attack was reported.
Herbert told police that he took video while Rowell stunned the victims. They
did it for "fun," he said.
Rowell and Herbert were charged with felonious assault. The juvenile was taken to a social services center. He was not identified because he is underage.
Cops said they were looking for the three other suspects.
