Lee needs to get over himself. He’s upset because Tarantino makes better movies. The man who put Malcolm X on the big screen is Hollywood’s resident house negro; a bougie activist who wants to tell his fellow white auteurs how they can and can’t depict African Americans.
Spike is upset because Samuel L. Jackson’s character in the movie is just like him: a conniving and scheming Uncle Tom.
I agree Luke spike just mad because he didnt think of this idea. Reverse Slavery in some ways to were African Americans defend themselves.

ReplyDeleteHey, Spike, MAYBE if you get your head out of your azz and get back on the scene, you can team up with some of these people whose work you CLAIM you despise.
Or, you can sit at home, hating the world and keep growing into the bitter old man you're headed to become while the rest of the world and life pass you by.
