Dear Miss Pearl,
I was visiting a friend in Oakland a few months ago and
late one night, I was looking to get into something, so I ran across this chick
online. She was cute and was saying all the right things, so we exchanged
numbers that night. She chickened out and decided not to come over that night,
but we still talked on and off for about 3 days.
A few nights later, she
asked me to come pick her up at this after hours joint that my friend showed me
how to get to. We went to pick her up abotu 2 in the morning and she was waiting
with her friend who didn't come with us.
We went back to my homie's
apartment and smoked something and had a few more drinks and she was ready. I
had s ex with her that night up until about 5 that morning and then dropped her
off at her sister's house.
Now, I'm back home in Michigan and my homeboy
hits me up to ask if I still be talking to old girl and I told him yes that we
kick it almost every night and I told her that I want to come see her again. My
friend tells me that this chick is 15 years old! I'm in shock because this girl
knew that I was a grown ass man (25) and she had on her profile that she was 19
and I believed it.
Now, I'm scared because this chick might get me caught
up. I told her that I can't mess with her and to stop calling me, but now she
and her friends keeping putting stuff on my web pages and are sending personal
messages to my friends saying that I'm a child molester.
I don't know how
to get out of this situation because if I go to the cops, I could go to jail for
statuatory rape, and if I keep talking to her, now knowing that she 15, I could
go to jail, but if I don't keep talking to her, she's telling people that I'm a
child r apist or something.
How can I get out of this without going to
jail.

my DAMN!! This is a tough one and I can't really tell you how to get out of it
because I think the law leaves it up to you to research and find out
who you're really sleeping with. I would tell you to leave it alone and hope
that it dies down, but what if someone she told that to decides to take it
further? The fact that you haven't done anything about it, makes you look guilty
to most people.
You should have kept your little bitty thang in your
pants!!! I don't have any advice because I REALLY don't know what to say (and we
all know that this is rare for me)

Gather up as much info as you can (i.e screen shots, emails etc.) whatever you can gather that shows she represented herself as 19. After that close out your accounts, remove all pictures etc. and contact the site you met her on and report it. Cover your @$$ basically. Lastly, stop messing with teenagers (even 19 is too young). Your 25, find some women your own age.... That is all
