In order for DMX to be on the show, he had to have reached out to HER or at lesat agreed to participate. Did he think she wouldn't touch his cool? I really do like Earl. I hope he turns his life around, I REALLY do. I think he's hurting because of his past and men (especially Black men) tend to express their hurt with anger, mainly because they don't know HOW to deal with pain other than to supress it, hide it with drugs or alcohol or women or hurt others. People around Earl have probably always let him do his thing and have his way, but it's time someone makes him look at the man in the mirror and make that change. I don't know WHY, but I REALLY like Earl. Maybe it's because I know he is the way he is because of his pain. Maybe it's because I sympathize with him because his mama left him at a boys home without having a conversation with him. Maybe it's because he said his friend sneaked something in is Mary Jane and as a result, he's an addict. Maybe it's because underneath all of that darkness, I see a beauty flower.
I love me some DMX and I truly hope he can get it together someday! He hasn't been right since Aaliyah died. I have never seen an episode, but I hear her show is really good and I will definitely be tuning in to this one! He had to have known she was going to get all up and through his business, and from what I hear she does not hold back even a lil bit! DMX needs his life fixed and Brothers like him want us females to just hold their hands and treat them with kid gloves and there comes a time when you have to tell it like it is whether they like it or not....and unfortunately they can't seem to be able to handle that(and lash out or run)...but they will be forced to respect you for it, and at the end of the day that's all that matters. Some of these women have Effin screwed their sons up so bad, and as the women in their life we have to be subjected to deal and pick up the pieces of where they left off...and you get tired! DMX cheated on his wife and had 8 babies on her!!!! WTF????? But he then comes around crying (and probably sincerely so) begging for forgiveness. There is no forgiveness for that!!! These Brothers cant seem to handle anything, they are so emotionally damaged and like a dog will turn to anybody that is willing to pet them. I see the beauty in DMX and I'm sure deep down he would love to be a better man, but is he capable?? At his age, I'm thinking he may just be a lost cause. "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink"....SMH
